This policy covers the website at pauhana.io and explains, in general, how Pau Hana Labs, LLC (“Pau Hana Labs”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information.
Each of our apps has its own privacy policy describing exactly what that app does and does not collect. Where an app's policy differs from this one, the app's policy governs that app.
App privacy policies
The short version
We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising networks, and we collect as little as we can get away with. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from third-party servers — every image, stylesheet, and font comes from our own domain.
Information we collect from this website
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms, and no comment system, so there is nothing here for you to submit to us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — for security and reliability purposes. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
If you email us
When you write to staff@pauhana.io, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include. We use it only to answer you, and we retain correspondence only as long as it is useful for that purpose or as required by law.
Distribution platforms
Our products are distributed through the Apple App Store and Steam. Those platforms handle purchases, downloads, and any account relationship with you directly, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details from them.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to our processing of it. Write to us at staff@pauhana.io and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
